Clinical researcher, educator and project manager with 20 years of experience in both corporate and academic settings; assistant professor and developer of a B.S. and M.S. program at university level; developed and implemented educational program and training modules for P&G Oral Care employees; authored or co-authored more than 80 scientific manuscripts in peer reviewed journals; managed more than 200 clinical trials, including training of research staffs; review of research grants and abstracts, and development of presentations for meetings.

Accomplishments

Collaborated with dental, marketing and sales professionals to design and develop research trials, product messaging, training modules, standard operating procedures and databases for the benefit of oral product consumers and dental professionals.

As a clinical researcher, played a primary role in obtaining multi-million efficacious and safe oral care products to market. As a Professional and Scientific Relations Manager, interacted with dental professionals nationally and internationally to develop partnerships to help promote the dental profession and improve oral health through innovative products and technologies. Designed and implemented training programs for marketing and sales professionals to ensure effective communication of various product lines.
